The improvements under this Contract consist of the comfort stations to include electrical, HVAC, mechanical, concrete sidewalk replacement and other ancillary work at the eastbound weigh stations located near Madison on SR 8 (I-10) in Madison County.
Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the project. No lane closures will be allowed on I-10 (SR 8) at any time.
FDOT selected E.B. Morris General Contractors, Inc. to complete this project by Winter 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
