Proposed Access Changes at 10505 103rd Street (State Road 134)
Overview

This project proposes changes to an existing full median on State Road 134 (103rd Street) 500 feet east of Piper Glen Blvd in Duval County. Solamar Jacksonville has requested a permit to develop a facility for residential use at 10505 103rd St., Jacksonville, FL 32210.

To maintain safety and manage access to the proposed site, FDOT would require the developer to construct a directional median, restricting minor street left turns to better meet current FDOT requirements. The developer would fund this construction at no cost to taxpayers.
