The project consists of milling and resurfacing, lighting enhancements, new roadway signage, sidewalk, curb and driveway improvements, traffic signal upgrades and other incidental construction. FDOT selected Preferred Materials Inc. to complete this $10.5 million project. Completion is estimated in fall 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Drivers can expect lane closures and flagging operations between 8 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. seven days a week. Drivers may also expect to see law enforcement performing traffic control at intersections during overnight operations.
