S.R. A1A Trail from Pope Road to Red Cox Drive
Overview
The Trail project on S.R. A1A from Pope Road to Red Cox Drive is in the design phase at 60% (phase II) plans. The 90% (phase III) plans are scheduled to be completed by Spring 2026. The trail will be constructed on the east side of S.R. A1A replacing the existing sidewalk and connecting to the existing trail on Pope Road. The trail will parallel Santander Street and a new Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon will be provided crossing A1A Beach Blvd. Construction is scheduled for Fall 2026.
