Pecan Craft Kitchen has requested a permit to redevelop a property on the west side of the intersection of State Road 13 at Bishop Estates Road for commercial restaurant use. To maintain safety at the intersection and manage access to the proposed restaurant site, FDOT would require the developer to construct a directional median opening on State Road 13 at the Bishop Estates Road intersection to meet current FDOT full median opening spacing requirements. Additionally, two existing driveways on the west side of State Road 13 would be closed and two new driveways would be constructed on Warren Circle to access the property. These changes would be funded by the developer and constructed at no cost to taxpayers.
