The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Two, currently has a Project Development & Environment (PD&E) study underway to evaluate alternatives for the replacement of the SR 105 (Heckscher Dr) Bridge over Browns Creek (Bridge No. 720059) located in Duval County.
A Project Development & Environment (PD&E) study is the formal process that develops and compares alternatives to determine a preferred action that meets project needs, while minimizing impacts to the social, natural, and physical environments.
