The meeting will take place both virtually and in-person at the FDOT Jacksonville Urban Office located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204. It will begin with an open house from 4:30 to 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6 p.m.

Participants who are unable to attend the webinar virtually or in-person may listen to the meeting by calling (562) 247-8422 and entering access code 519-704-218. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will be able to view project documents, ask questions and make comments for the public record.

Attendees who complete a speaker’s card will have the opportunity to make an oral statement that will become part of the public record. Exhibits or statements postmarked on or before April 17, 2022 will become part of the public record.
