This project involves installation of temporary irrigation systems and planting of holly, magnolia, crape myrtle, pine, bald cypress and oak trees at the First Coast Expressway (State Road 23) and I-10 interchange. LaFleur Nurseries and Garden Center LLC was selected to complete the $1 million project, which includes a two-year establishment period following construction.
Construction activities will take place primarily during daytime hours Monday through Friday. No single lane closures will be permitted from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No double lane closures will be permitted from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No lane closures will be permitted from 6 a.m. Friday through 9 p.m. Sunday.
