A Hybrid Public Hearing is scheduled for September 24, 2020; open house from 4-6 p.m. with formal hearing beginning at 6 p.m. Another option is to stop by the FDOT Urban Office Training Facility at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32254
Due to the ongoing corona virus pandemic, citizens are strongly encouraged to participate in this public hearing via the virtual option at nflroads.com/VPH or by telephone at XXX-XXX-XXXX . All project documents and presentations are now available on the Documents tab, and public comments will be accepted as part of the project record now through October 4. Citizens who wish to participate in person may do so at the FDOT Urban Office Training Center; please note that face masks will be required and social distancing protocols will be maintained. FDOT staff and consultants will be available from 4 to 6 p.m. to answer questions and accept comments. A formal hearing and public comment period will begin at 6 p.m. Presentations, project-related material and the opportunity to speak, submit comments and questions will be the same whether participants attend online or in person.
Persons wishing to submit written statements or other exhibits in place of or in addition to oral statements may do so during the hearing or anytime before October 4, 2020 by submitting them via email to
