Project improvements include milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, traffic signals, highway signing, bridge joints and other incidental construction on SR 13 in St. Johns County from SR 16 to Rafter Tail Lane. The $4.69 million contract for these improvements was awarded to Hubbard Construction Company.
