Proposed Median Construction on U.S. 1 between Bossman Lane and Teston Lane
Overview

Greenbrier Nassau, LLC has requested a permit to develop a subdivision for residential use on U.S. 1 between Bossman Lane and Teston Lane in Hilliard, Florida.

To maintain safety and manage access to the proposed site, FDOT would require the developer to construct a directionalized median between Bossman Lane and Teston Lane to better meet current FDOT requirements. The developer would fund this construction at no cost to taxpayers.
