The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is scheduled to resurface U.S. 41 (SR 25) from I-75 (SR 93) to CR 252 in spring of 2024. The resurfacing project consists of removing and replacing the upper layers of asphalt, asphalt grade adjustments, drainage improvements and rehabilitation, new highway signing and pavement markings, caution light upgrades, rumble strip installation, and other incidental construction items. Lane closures will be necessary for the duration of the project while crews complete work.
Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the project. FDOT selected Anderson Columbia Inc. to complete this project.
