U.S. 129 (State Road 249) Milling and Resurfacing Project
Overview

The resurfacing project consists of milling and resurfacing, asphalt grade adjustments, sidewalk construction, drainage improvements, driveway rehabilitation, new highway signing and pavement markings, turn lane widening, traffic signal improvements, guardrail replacement, side street radius improvements, and other incidental construction items on State Road 249 from the City of McAlpin to the Live Oak City limits.

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the project. Drivers can expect daytime, single-lane closures Monday through Friday during the off-peak hours.

Construction completion dates are fluid and subject to change based on weather and schedule permitting.
