The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two invites you to the Public Meetings for the Lebanon Station Intersection Improvements Project. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the project and provide an opportunity for the public to provide feedback regarding the project. There are multiple opportunities to participate in the project feedback, including a virtual/online option and an in-person option. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information on the proposed project and all comments received in-person, virtually or electronically, will be given equal weight.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.

FDOT will hold a kick-off meeting on January 26, 2023 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Inglis Community Center located at 137 Hwy 40, Inglis, FL 34449. This meeting is to provide an overview of the project, its purpose and need, and its planned schedule. There will be no formal presentation, and written comments will be accepted. Project staff will be there to answer questions and receive feedback from the public.
