Interested persons may join the virtual hearing, Open House at 5:30 p.m., and formal Presentation and Comment Period at 6:00 p.m. The hearing is a free, live presentation/webinar over the internet. The Public Kickoff Meeting will be held Virtually on August 2, 2022, at 6-7 p.m. and In-Person on August 4, 2022, at 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the FDOT Jacksonville Urban Office Training Center (see enclosed insert for information to attend these meetings). The purpose of the meeting is to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements.
